Refrigerated Air Dryers

Having the support of an expert team, we have successfully developed Refrigerated Air Dryers. These dryers worked on the principle of compressed air with saturated water vapor that enters the dryer's pre-cooling device. This air is cooled down with outgoing cold air, thus reducing the load of the system. This pre-cooled air enters the evaporator where heat gets released and is absorbed by the media reaching the pre-set temperature (2-4°C). After cooling the vapor gets converted into droplets and is separated by steam separator and flows out of the dryer with the assistance of automatic drainer. After that the cool air enters into pre-cooling device's shell side for exchanging heat. This leaves the dryer to get heated upto the temperature of 10°C lower than that of inlet air. The process of reheating is done for moisture condensation in the outside exit air pipeline. It in-turn elevates the energy of air and improve effectiveness. The next step is to filter out the solid dust of over 3µ in compressed air.

Adsorption Dryes (Heatless)

Adsorption dryers (Heatless) are designed with the consistent efforts of our professional team and the vast knowledge that they owe. These dryers’ works on a twin-tower alternative operation mode when the compressed air enters the dryer’s tower A through valve 1A. The air is then dehydrated and dried under the adsorption action of the adsorption use. Final gas passed through valve 5A when 5% dry air enters tower B through valve 4B. The adsorbent is regenerated after certain period of heating. When heating is stopped, cool air is blowed to cool down the absorption bed present in dryer’s tower B. The last step is to pass the air into the atmosphere through muffler. Valve 2B is closed and valve 1B is opened for equalizing the pressure in two towers. This is mainly done to ensure the stability while using gas and avoid the impact of the dryer. The whole is done for the second time as done before.
