CASING
Rust proof tough FRP 'Bottle' type design can withstand high wind velocity and vibrations. It requires no painting & is compact in design with long life.

FILLING
Honeycomb designed rigid P.V.C. Has extended surface area. It splits air and water, enhancing the contact time & heat transfer area by evaporation, PVC modules are vacuum formed and have been provide with double edges to give highly efficient and robust packing. It is the heart of cooling tower.

FAN
Aerodynamically designed adjustable blade type axial flow fan is highly efficient ensures large airflow at low static pressure and low noise level.

MOTOR
Squirell-cage TEFC induction motor with IP55 weather proof electric motor suitable for humid outdoor conditions.

DISTRIBUTION
Rotary aluminium alloy-sprinkler with seated ball bearings is designed to take care of radial and thrust loads rotating at 5 to 7 R.P.M. Distributes water through P.V.C. Branch pipes. It sprays water on the P.V.C. fills uniformaly. SS-304 sprinklers are available on request.
